Caitlin Willson is a Community Development Regional Manager serving Maryland and West Virginia. In her role, she advances initiatives on workforce development, particularly focused on young adults and low-to-moderate income communities.

Willson conducts outreach throughout the region: tracking emerging trends, researching barriers to workforce participation, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and coalition on potential solutions. She also develops programming and content on young adult human capital decision making and workforce pathways. This includes supporting Invest in What's Next and Connecting Classrooms to Careers, signature programs in the Bank's workforce initiative.

Before joining the Bank in 2023, Willson spent four years at a financial institution working on financial inclusion initiatives and community outreach programs. Her previous experience also includes working with nonprofits on low-income resource navigation, implementing and managing financial resiliency programs, and career and financial coaching. Willson earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Seattle University and a master's degree in public administration from George Washington University.
