Kelly Parramore is a research associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Parramore graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics. Her research interests include education, labor, and inequality.

As a second-year associate, Parramore collaborates with several economists at the Richmond Fed. She supports Urvi Neelakantan on her projects involving labor market expectations and education choices, and Katarína Borovičková on her work studying unemployment gaps and fluctuations.
