Kelly Parramore is a research associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Parramore graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics. Her research interests include education, labor, and inequality.

As a first-year associate, Parramore has collaborated with several economists at the Richmond Fed. She has worked with Urvi Neelakantan on her projects involving labor market expectations and education choices, and with Katarína Borovičková on her work studying unemployment gaps and fluctuations.
