FR Y-6 Reports
Top-tier holding companies (i.e., the highest-level parent company in a multi-tiered holding company structure) file the FR Y-6 (Annual Report of Holding Companies). The FR Y-6 report generally includes the firm’s annual report or financial statements, organizational chart, annual verification of domestic branches, and information on the identity, percentage ownership and business interests of principal shareholders, directors and executive officers.
Below are the FR Y-6 reports that Fifth Federal Reserve District holding companies submitted for their fiscal year. The reports are uploaded on a flow basis after Reserve Bank analysts complete our reviews.
Personal items and confidential information may be redacted from FR Y-6 reports at the request of the reporting firm and if approved by the Richmond Fed’s legal department, in accordance with Board of Governors guidelines.
