Cecilia Hodges is a regional president of M&T Bank, where she is responsible for expanding the bank's presence in commercial, real estate and consumer banking in greater Washington, D.C., and Virginia.

Hodges has three decades of experience in the banking industry and has spent more than 20 years of her career at M&T Bank.

She serves on the board and executive committee of the Greater Washington Board of Trade and on the boards of Easter Seals serving DC/MD/VA, Junior Achievement of Greater Washington, The Youth For Tomorrow Real Estate Foundation and Women Giving Back. She also is a member of the Economic Club of Washington, serves on the steering committee of M&T Bank’s Women's Affinity Group, is the executive sponsor for the Bank’s Hispanic Affinity Group and chairs M&T's Charitable Foundation committees in Greater Washington and Richmond.

Hodges is a graduate of Virginia Tech.
