Katherine Anderson

Katherine Anderson is a research associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Anderson graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, minoring in economics and international studies. Her research interests include labor economics, development economics, and political economy.

As a second-year associate, Anderson has collaborated with several economists at the Richmond Fed. She has assisted Thomas Lubik and Paul Ho with their quarterly forecast of economic projections and their research on applied time series econometrics. She has also supported Felipe Schwartzman in his work on global inflation and the optimal spatial allocation of public goods in Rio de Janeiro.
