How to Submit a Request

To submit a Transparency and Accountability Policy information request, use the electronic form below or the mailing address listed below.

Each request must contain the following:

The requester's full name and address;
A telephone number where the requester can be reached during business hours;
A detailed description of the records requested, including relevant dates;
The name of any pending litigation to which the request relates, the relevant court, and the court’s location; and
The requester’s agreement to pay any fees related to the request, or a request for a waiver of such fees.

Additionally, your Request Details and related correspondence may become a “Record of the Bank” as that term is defined in the Transparency and Accountability Policy and may be subject to public disclosure. Therefore, please do not provide FRBR with more personal information than is required by this submission form.
