Richard Ye

Richard Ye is a research associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Ye graduated from the University of Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in computational and applied mathematics. His research interests include industrial organization, financial markets, structural econometrics and market efficiency.

As a first-year associate, Ye has collaborated with several economists at the Richmond Fed, including Nicolas Morales, Chen Yeh, Alexander Wolman, Huberto Ennis and Claudia Macaluso. Topics he is exploring include supply chain resilience, diffusion of reserves, outsourcing and mergers.
