In recognition of Economic Education Month, the Richmond Fed and the Maryland Council on Economic Education hosted the Personalizing Monetary Policy program for educators from across the state.

The event included a presentation from Richmond Fed regional economist Adam Scavette, who shared how monetary policy impacts household financial decisions. Educators who attended also received classroom tools and resources to facilitate their efforts to teach students about monetary policy and personal finance decision making.
