“I am deeply fulfilled by my work on a daily basis. The culture of the Richmond Fed fosters a great sense of belonging and collaboration, making it easy to work with amazing colleagues from across many functions of the Bank in order to move our strategic work forward. Working here provides me with the challenge and complexity I have always wanted in my career, and the mentorship from leaders and professional development opportunities allows me to continue to learn and grow in this field and within the organization.”
