Richmond Fed Community Development Manager Peter M. Dolkart led community-based and nonprofit organizations serving rural communities through a training and information session to help them prepare applications for an October 2021 Investment Connection Pitch Session, which will serve as the kick-off event to the Bank's 2021 Rural America Week and Investing in Rural America Conference.
