Nicolas Morales
Nicolas Morales is an economist in the Research Department. He joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond in August 2019 after receiving his doctorate from the University of Michigan.
Morales' research lies at the intersection of international trade and labor economics, focusing on international migration. In the 2017-18 academic year, he participated in a fellowship program on high-skill immigration organized by the National Bureau of Economic Research and funded by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.
