Diane McDorman

Group Vice President, National Procurement Office

Diane McDorman was appointed vice president of the National Procurement Office in 2017 and named group vice president in 2019. She has responsibility for managing strategic procurement decisions to maintain the integrity and efficiency of procurement for the Federal Reserve System.

McDorman joined Richmond Fed in 1989 as a systems analyst and programmer. She became a senior manager in 2002 and was named assistant vice president in 2004 after transferring to Treasury Services. In 2014, McDorman became vice president for the Federal Reserve System Payroll.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in information systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.
