Brennan Merone
Brennan Merone is a research associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Merone earned his bachelor's degree in economics and mathematics from the College of William & Mary. His research interests include public finance, labor and business dynamics, macroeconomic forecasting, and the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a first-year associate, Merone collaborates with economists at the Richmond Fed. He has worked with Thomas Lubik and Paul Ho on a number of projects related to LP/VAR analysis and future economic forecasts. He has also supported Zhu Wang on projects relating to consumer behavior and the business cycle, and assists with the development and updating of the Bank's weekly high-frequency indicator data visualizations.
